Compassionate therapy that encourages growth, clarity, and confidence.   

  • Anxiety is your body’s response to stress or perceived threats, characterized by feelings of unease, worry, or fear. It often manifests as physical symptoms like increased heart rate, muscle tension, and restlessness and can disrupt daily functioning when it becomes excessive or chronic.

    Depression can consist of persistent feelings of sadness, hopelessness, and a lack of interest or pleasure in activities once enjoyed. It can lead to physical symptoms such as changes in appetite and sleep patterns, fatigue, and difficulty concentrating.

  • Relationship issues, challenges, conflicts, or difficulties can arise between individuals in a personal, romantic, familial, or professional relationship. These issues include communication problems, trust issues, conflicts over values or priorities, emotional distance, and difficulties in maintaining intimacy or connection.

  • Significant changes in a person's life that include events such as starting a new job or going to college, a recent break up, divorce or marriage, childbirth, moving to a new city, or experiencing the loss of a loved one. Life transitions often require adjustments in routines, roles, and perspectives, and they can be accompanied by a mix of emotions, stress and uncertainty.

  • Therapy can offer support for the emotional toll of women’s health and fertility challenges. Hormonal conditions like PCOS and Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD), as well as struggles with fertility, can lead to mood swings, anxiety, irritability, low self-esteem, and a sense of loss or frustration.
